You need the "F6flpy-x64 -intel-R- Vmd-.zip 12th Gen" driver in three specific scenarios:
You have Windows installed, but after changing the BIOS setting (or after a BIOS update that reset VMD to default), your PC boots to a blue screen. The OS cannot mount the boot drive because the VMD driver is missing.
