Cadence License File
A license file for Cadence IC 6.1.8 may not work with ICADVM 20.1. Always request the license file specific to your software version . Cadence uses feature versioning; a feature line with version 2100 (meaning 2021.0) won’t unlock a 2024 tool.
You can access the configuration settings through the following path on a Windows system:

A node-locked license ties the software usage to a specific physical machine. The license file contains the HostID of the workstation where the software must run.
