An "All-in-One" pack is a third-party bundle (often hosted on reputable software repositories) that contains every major version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable in a single executable.

This allows integration into MDT, SCCM, PDQ, or Intune.

Windows Update delivers for VC++ runtimes but rarely installs the base versions themselves. After a clean Windows install, you will still lack VC++ 2005 through 2013.

If you see duplicates (e.g., three entries for VC++ 2012), the AIO pack has merely installed all minor revisions. This is harmless, though some "cleanup" scripts can consolidate them.
