Pillowfort play tents are generally recommended for ages 3 to 8 years. However, always supervise toddlers under 3 due to small parts (plastic connectors) and strangulation risks from loose cords.

Place the plastic central hub (looks like a star or wheel) in the middle of the room. Insert the top end of each pole into the hub’s ports. You will likely have 5 or 6 poles.

Holding two opposite corners, give the tent a firm flick or toss it into the air over a soft carpet. The spring steel should snap the tent into its full cube or dome shape. If it doesn't, locate the folded “figure-8” twist and pull the layers apart manually.
