Character development is the engine that drives Season 13. Jack Landors, a former street thief turned Red Ranger, struggles with the burden of leadership. The team is rounded out by Bridge, the eccentric psychic; Z, the street-smart Robin Hood figure; and Syd, the pampered but tough-as-nails Pink Ranger.
