Station Firmware Update [updated] | Alogic Docking

Before searching for firmware, you must know which device you own. Alogic has several product lines. Using the wrong firmware can brick the device.

If you experience flickering screens or resolution drops on 4K monitors, a firmware update is usually the primary fix.

Alogic has recently started releasing macOS native updaters for newer models (Element Hub, Clutch Pro). Check your model’s download page specifically for .dmg files.

Most Alogic docks have a — if update fails during write, reboot the dock without laptop, then restart the updater. The bootloader remains intact. If bricked, hold a paperclip in the DFU reset pinhole (if present, near USB-C port) for 10 seconds while powering on.
