Learn the spacing rules perfectly. Know when to indent the first block of a paragraph, how to write numbers/English letters, and where to place punctuation.

Review your mistakes immediately. Why did you run out of time? Was it unfamiliar vocabulary or slow parsing of long sentences?

The anti-pattern: Do not write a pro/con list like a middle-schooler. TOPIK II wants with examples and counterarguments.

In the earlier questions (1–20), the dialogues are short. During your practice, train yourself to read the answer choices before the audio begins. Look for keywords in the options. If options A, B, and C are about food, and option D is about a train schedule, you know to listen for a context clue.

You must write the entire paper in the objective, non-interactive plain form ( ). The scoring system is weighted. To achieve Level 3, you need roughly 120 points out of 300. For the coveted Level 6, you need 230 points or higher. Effective requires a strategy that balances accuracy with speed.

If you pause for more than 30 seconds on a reading question, guess and move on. Complete the easy questions first (questions 1-15 in reading/listening). Return to the hard ones (questions 35-50) if time remains.
