If you manage dozens or hundreds of Fireboxes, manually logging into each device to files is impractical. Instead, use WatchGuard Dimension (for reporting and policy management) or WatchGuard Cloud with auto-sync enabled.
Once logged in, look for the My Products tab in the main navigation menu. This section displays all the WatchGuard devices registered to your account.
Once logged in:
: Log in as an administrator, go to System > Feature Key , and click Get Feature Key .
The feature key activates licensed services like WebBlocker or Application Control. Without it, the Firebox may limit the internet to a single connection. Log in to the Fireware Web UI as an administrator. Navigate to System > Feature Key .
Click to synchronize directly from WatchGuard's servers.
Important: Do not rename the file. The firewall expects the exact name feature.key .
Whether you have a new device or have just renewed a subscription (like or APT Blocker ), you must download and install the latest key to enable those services. 1. Automatic Download (Recommended)
