Microsoft maintains a giant repository of signed drivers. You can manually fetch the BCM94313HMG2L driver here.
Broadcom was acquired by Avago and later spun off parts to Cypress. Unfortunately, Broadcom no longer hosts public drivers for end-user components. Their support site is reserved for enterprise customers. So, the official source is effectively dead for consumers.
