Why "Millennium"? The name signifies the plugin’s rewrite during the transition from the original "KZ Manager" to a version compatible with modern (at the time) AMX Mod X 1.8.0+ and Metamod. The Millennium edition introduced:

Missing include files or incompatible AMX Mod X version. Fix: Ensure you compiled the .sma file natively on your server using amxxpc.exe . Alternatively, re-download the binary compiled for AMX X 1.8.3.

Admins need to communicate commands to their player base. KZ Manager Millennium uses intuitive chat triggers (default prefix: ! or / ).
