Let’s start with the first hurdle. Apacer does not include a driver CD (thankfully), but finding the correct driver online is a minor scavenger hunt. Apacer’s global website lists the M631 under “Legacy Peripherals,” and the download section offers a ~45MB executable named M631_Driver_v2.1.3.exe . If you see an “Unknown Publisher” warning, restart Windows in "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" mode (Shift + Restart → Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Settings).
