If you still have the original CD that shipped with your plotter, insert it. However, do not run Setup.exe directly in compatibility mode (we’ll cover that shortly).

If you are using a USB-to-COM adapter, check the Device Manager to ensure the COM port number matches the one set in the Sinajet software 1.2.1 .
