Technically, Gaia GPS no longer distributes a standalone desktop application for Windows. Instead, they have invested heavily in a and a native macOS app (from the Mac App Store). For Windows users, the PWA behaves exactly like a native app.

If you want the exact mobile interface on your Windows 11/10 or Mac (e.g., for certain menu layouts not on the web), you can use an emulator. This is the killer feature
