A: Microsoft tightened driver signing requirements. You may need to disable Secure Boot or run the installer in "Test Mode." However, recent versions of TotalMounter Pro use EV-signed drivers that should pass normal verification.
Go to the "RAMDisk" tab > Click "Create RAM Disk" > Set size (e.g., 2GB) > Assign drive letter Z: > Click OK. You now have a drive that runs at memory speed.
