Type your password into the "Password" field, then click "Show password" (the eye icon). Verify each character's case manually.
This is the most effective method if you remember parts of the password. For example, if you know the password is 8 characters long, starts with "John", and ends with a number.
There is no fix for a truly corrupt solid archive except restoring from backup. But try the repair tool first.
