Stranger Things -2017- Season 2 Web Series

The season opens with a "previously on" recap, but then immediately shows something new: a flashback to Hawkins Lab on the night Eleven opened the Gate. A police officer witnesses a terrifying, tentacled creature in the tunnels before being killed.

But after Kali tries to make Eleven kill a man in cold blood, Eleven realizes this isn't her. She remembers Hopper, Mike, and her friends. She rejects Kali’s path, uses her powers to escape, and returns to Hawkins to save her real family.

Released in 2017, this season marked a significant upgrade in visual effects budget. The Shadow Monster (Mind Flayer) needed to be a towering, Lovecraftian presence. Perhaps the most beloved subplot of Stranger Things -2017- Season 2 Web Series is the evolution of Steve Harrington (Joe Keery). In Season 1, Steve was the stereotypical "rich jock" love rival. In Season 2, he becomes She remembers Hopper, Mike, and her friends

With Will possessed and the tunnels spreading, Dr. Owens reveals the only solution: before the Mind Flayer’s entire army crosses over.

Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) is no longer a missing person, but he is far from "found." Suffering from "True Sight"—a form of PTSD that allows him to see into the Upside Down—Will becomes the vessel for a new, monolithic threat: The Mind Flayer. While Season 1 was a search-and-rescue mission for a boy, Season 2 becomes a battle for that boy’s soul and the safety of the entire town. New Faces and Evolving Dynamics

On the darker side of the spectrum was Paul Reiser’s Dr. Sam Owens. Taking over
