If you have trouble reaching us by telephone, please reach out to for business inquiries or for technical inquiries.
Our telephones have not been reliable lately. Apparently, AT&T is having difficulty supporting copper-based plain old telephone service (POTS) lines and they don't seem to be very interested in that legacy business any longer. We are in the process of transitioning from AT&T POTS to VoIP telephone service, but this is taking longer than expected or desired.
We have already dropped AT&T Fiber Internet, AT&T Wireless, and AT&T Long Distance. Our transition away from AT&T will hopefully soon be complete.
In the meantime, if you have any trouble reaching us, please send us a message via one of the above email addresses and we will endeavor to get back to you quickly.
Thank you.

My sister, who I'll call Emma, had been struggling with school refusal for months. As her sibling, I had watched her go from being a bright and enthusiastic student to someone who was increasingly anxious and withdrawn. Our parents had tried various approaches to get her back to school, from therapy sessions to counseling, but nothing seemed to be working.
As the days went by, I began to understand the complexity of my sister's situation. I realized that her school refusal was not just about being lazy or avoiding school; it was about her deep-seated fears and anxieties. I started to approach her with empathy and compassion, rather than frustration and anger.

My sister forgave me, and we hugged it out. From that moment on, our relationship shifted. We started to communicate more effectively, and I became more attuned to her needs. She began to trust me, and I earned her confidence.
The goal was to help her overcome her anxiety, get her back on track with her studies, and develop strategies to manage her stress. I was determined to help my sister, and I was willing to do whatever it took to support her. Little did I know that this journey would be a transformative experience for both of us.

As I looked back, I realized that this journey had not only helped my sister but had also transformed me. I had learned the importance of empathy, compassion, and understanding. I had discovered that sometimes, the best way to help someone is to listen to them, rather than trying to fix their problems.

One of the breakthroughs came when I encouraged my sister to express her feelings through art. She had always loved drawing, and I suggested that she use it as a way to communicate her emotions. It was amazing to see her open up, and I was touched by the depth of her feelings. As the days went by, I began to

Stop removing comfort items as punishment. This escalates panic and destroys trust.
That's when I decided to take a different approach. I proposed to Emma that we spend 30 days together, just the two of us, to try and understand each other better and find a way to get her back to school. Our parents were hesitant at first, but eventually agreed, hoping that this unconventional approach might be the key to unlocking Emma's reluctance to attend school.
