Email the CCP14 maintainer (email on their site) or use the Internet Archive. I have also mirrored the file on my GitHub (link in bio). The download wasn’t the end
ConvX may auto-resample if the step size is irregular. Go to Options → Resampling → Off to keep original points.

The problem was the file format. The new orbital scanner at the Ganymede facility spat out data as .convx , a proprietary, encrypted container designed to prevent civilian tampering. The “XRD” in the subject line didn’t stand for X-ray diffraction anymore. It stood for eXtreme Resonance Deconvolution , a black-market algorithm that E had promised would unwrap the file like a cursed onion.
ConvX supports a wide range of industry-standard XRD formats, including: Krystalografická společnost : RD and SD formats (PC and VAX versions). Bruker/Siemens : RAW formats (DiffracPlus, DiffracAT, and DiffracV1). Sietronics -Intensity (standard text format).
