Hiren’s BootCD 16.2 was released at a time when the transition from 32-bit (x86) to 64-bit (x64) computing was underway but not yet universal. Despite being older, HBCD 16.2 is invaluable for repairing Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 10 because its tools operate at a low level, bypassing Windows file locks and permissions. The latest 64-bit PE ISO is ~2–3 GB
