Windows XP is prone to "nv4_disp.dll" or "ati2dvag" infinite loop errors (BSODs). Keep GPU-Z running in the background (Sensors tab > "Continue refreshing" checkbox). If the temperature exceeds 95°C before a crash, you have found your culprit.
