Select the Folder: Navigate to the folder where you extracted the downloaded driver files. If you installed the Maintenance Console, check the "Drivers" subfolder within the installation directory (usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Panasonic).
Just wanted to share a working fix for anyone struggling to get the Panasonic KX-TDA100D USB connection working on Windows 10.

This is where most users get stuck. You cannot simply right-click and "Update Driver" automatically; Windows Update will not find it.
Select "Browse my computer for drivers" and navigate to the folder containing the extracted Windows 7 drivers. Select the Folder: Navigate to the folder where
Locate the unidentified Panasonic device (often under "Other devices"), right-click it, and choose Update driver .
Last updated: October 2025 – Verified with Windows 10 Pro 22H2 and KX-TDA100D firmware version 4.0000 or later. Plug the USB cable from the PBX unit into your Windows 10 PC
Windows will now allow the old driver to install. Note: This setting resets after a normal reboot.
