According to the manual, the Blade Nano QX typically comes in a Ready-to-Fly (RTF) package including the drone, a DSM2/DSMX transmitter (usually the MLP4DSM), a USB charger, and a single-cell 150mAh LiPo battery.
Power off the transmitter and ensure the throttle stick is all the way down.
