Pokemon X and Y GBA is a legend. A beautiful, broken legend. But it is not real. Stick to Radical Red for your 16-bit Fairy-type fix.
Developers in the ROM hack community took it upon themselves to "downport" the Kalos experience. By taking the base code of Pokémon FireRed , they systematically rewrote the game’s data. They swapped sprites, edited maps to resemble the Kalos region (Lumiose City, Santalune City, etc.), and injected the scripts for the X and Y story.
These are original GBA hacks that include Gen 6 Pokemon and Mega Evolution, but they take place in new regions. Many casual players mistake these for because they feature Greninja and Mega Charizard X on the box art.
