When we think of Stranger Things , the Duffer Brothers’ smash-hit Netflix series, our minds immediately jump to synthesizers, Dungeons & Dragons, government conspiracies, and Stephen King-style body horror. We see the suburban labs of Hawkins, Indiana, not the dusty trails of Tombstone or the high plains of Lonesome Dove.
