Switch 60fps Patches
The holy grail. The base game runs at 30fps with dynamic resolution scaling (dropping as low as 540p). With a 60fps patch and a heavy overclock (CPU at 1785MHz, GPU at 921MHz), the game runs at a near-locked 60fps. However, note that some physics calculations (like ultrahand building) are tied to frame rate. Advanced patches now dynamically switch back to 30fps during ultrahand usage to prevent "speedy physics" glitches.
Saber Interactive did a miracle porting this to Switch, but it runs at a dynamic 540p to 720p at 30fps. A 60fps patch exists, but it is brutal. You need a V2 Switch or OLED with maximum memory overclock (1996MHz). Even then, you will experience frame drops in Novigrad.
