The story follows Miloš, a retired adult film star struggling to provide for his wife and young son. Facing financial ruin, he accepts an offer from a mysterious director named Vukmir for one final "artistic" film. However, once filming begins, Miloš is drugged and forced into a series of increasingly depraved, violent, and unspeakable acts.
