Access the device browser (usually via the "Help & Feedback" section in the Wi-Fi or Language settings).

FRP is there to protect you. If you bought this phone used and the previous owner didn't remove their account, return it to the seller. You do not want a phone that was stolen.

Power on the device. It will now boot directly to the setup screen, allowing you to skip the Google login.

From the lock screen, pull down the notification shade twice to access the Quick Settings panel. Tap the "Edit" (pencil) icon.

On the Google verification screen, tap the network selection icon or long-press the settings gear icon in the bottom right corner. Connect to your local Wi-Fi network. This is mandatory for the exploit to work.
