The CE3000-60 uses a parallel (IEEE 1284) port or a serial (RS-232C) port. It does not natively support USB. When Windows 10 was released, Microsoft dropped support for many legacy printing languages and parallel port protocols unless you use special adapters. Locate the GDsetup.exe file
